Our centre is designed to feel warm, relaxed and full of opportunity. Whether you are joining us for a social day, taking part in activities, learning life skills or simply enjoying good company, Hazeltree is a place where everyone is valued, encouraged and supported.

At Hazeltree, there is always something to get involved in. You can relax in our friendly micro diner with a cuppa, take part in our gardening club, enjoy arts and crafts, join cooking sessions, develop household and life skills, or take part in themed evenings, discos, parties and social events.

We also offer a range of learning and confidence-building opportunities, helping individuals to develop independence, communication, social skills and everyday life skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Families, carers, professionals and individuals are always welcome to come and see what we do. There is no need to book — simply drop in, have a look around and meet the Hazeltree team.
