Get Active
Getting active after a stroke is about more than exercise—it is about rebuilding strength, confidence and independence one achievable step at a time. At Hazeltree Care Services, working alongside RE, we provide welcoming and supported activities tailored to each person’s abilities, from gentle seated movement and balance work to exercises that encourage mobility and everyday function. Every recovery journey is different, so we help people progress safely at their own pace, following guidance from their healthcare professionals and celebrating every achievement along the way.
