RE: MOVE Neuro Recovery Hub is proud to partner with Hazeltree Care Services to provide peer-led neurological recovery and support in a welcoming community setting.

Together, we will offer a supportive programme designed to help individuals affected by stroke conditions rebuild confidence, improve mobility, enhance cognitive function, and continue their recovery journey beyond formal rehabilitation services.

Our sessions combine movement, peer support, social connection, and lived experience, creating a safe and encouraging environment where participants can continue progressing towards their personal goals.

Because recovery doesn't end when therapy ends.

Together, we provide affordable, accessible, peer-led support for people living with stroke and other neurological conditions.

Through structured rehabilitation activities, social connection, and shared lived experience, we help individuals build confidence, improve mobility, strengthen cognitive skills, and maintain momentum in their recovery journey.

Recover. Rebuild. Reconnect.

Help Us Make Care and Activities Accessible to Everyone

We are raising funds to help provide essential equipment, activities and sessions for individuals who may otherwise be unable to afford them.

At Hazeltree Care Services, we believe that financial circumstances should never prevent someone from taking part, building confidence, developing new skills, making friendships or enjoying meaningful experiences within their community.

Every donation, large or small, will help us provide equipment, subsidise sessions and create more opportunities for people who need additional support.

Your donation could give someone the chance to take part when they otherwise may have had to miss out.

Together, we can make our services more accessible, inclusive and affordable for everyone.

Please donate if you can — every contribution really does make a difference.

What to expect

A welcoming, person-centred service that includes mobility-based activities, cognitive support, wellbeing sessions, peer connection, social opportunities, and support for families and carers.

This partnership is about more than recovery — it is about helping people regain independence, reconnect with others, and feel part of a supportive community.
