RE:MOVE Stroke Recovery is joining Hazeltree Care Services to provide specialist stroke recovery and Nero-Rehabilitation support within our community setting.
Together, we will offer a supportive programme focused on helping individuals rebuild confidence, improve mobility, strengthen cognitive skills, and continue their recovery journey after stroke.
What to expect
A welcoming, person-centred service that includes mobility-based activities, cognitive support, wellbeing sessions, peer connection, social opportunities, and support for families and carers.
