Our Services
Hazeltree Care Services are committed to providing personalised support to those with physical, developmental or social impairments, enabling them to live both independently and productively.
We support a wide range of service users from ages 18 to 65+, with or without sensory impairment, mobility issues or dementia. Find out more about the services we offer below!
